Universal Docks

Hey guys, I own an iPhone 4 and an iPad 2. I'm looking into getting a universal dock that would work with both of them (not at the same time, of course).

There are dozens of docks out there, and I thought I'd ask some people who might have used a few of them. Which ones would you guys recommend? Does Apple make any universal docks? I remember they used to, and I guess they stopped? Cause I haven't been able to find any.

they do, but it wont work with the ipad and its like $70

the dock in the link doesnt work with ipad 2. there is an answer in the questions of that product and one says they received a direct answer from the company that says it doesnt work. however there are also some people who have said it does work so its up to you whether you want to risk it

Maybe ask an Apple person and see if they know, or maybe they'll let you try it if you bring your iPad to the store
