University Email

Alright, so I have had my gmail up and running on my iPhone for awhile now, and I have tried to add my mail accnt at my university...but I dont know what to use for the different fields?

What is the difference/where can I find the host name for incoming/outgoing mail servers?

where can I find the smtp. address? Call my school's IT dept? Do I put the same user name and pw for both, incoming and outgoing?

go to your school's IT web page, do a search for email set up.

If necessary email or call them and ask for a sheet of instructions.

You'll need all your schools settings like outgoing and incoming server information etc...
