So I want to unjailbreak my iPhone 4 and I know I have to restore/upgrade in order to wipe out the jailbreak. My question is when I restore do I set it as a new phone and then choose a backup from iCloud? Lets say I backed up my phone when I had the jailbreak, if I set my device as new, backed up from icloud, would it reinstall cydia into my iphone?

thanks

Backup from iCloud. All your settings and content will be back, but none of the jailbreak stuff will be.

You'll have to rejailbreak and reinstall everything manually via cydia.

I won't reinstall Cydia. It will, however, put back some of the settings for your jailbroken apps. They won't make a difference in performance or anything though.
