 I have a jailbroken iPhone (firmware software 3.0) that i would like to UNjailbrake. I know that all i need to do is restore, but i hesitate to do that as iTunes will not let me do it while not connected to the internet. i'm afraid my phone will lock up or something like that.
Also if i want to restore it it says it will restore it and add an update to that restore (if i restore it wants to update to 3.1.3).
WHat do I do. please help.
:D

Its normal to connect to the internet. Its not going to brick your phone. Is there a reason you don't want 3.1.3?

I actually want to update, but i didn't know whether there was going to be a problem or not.

thanks for the response, ill try restoring in DFU mode and hopefully it will be ok. 

Whats up with this thread revival? OP - did you seriously wait all this time for something as simple as hitting restore in iTunes..? There is no need for DFU mode.
