iPod touch Unjailbraking

I need to un jailbreak a third gen ipod touch. I just jail broke it at the jailbreakme.com site. How can I restore my ipod so that apple will not know, and I can send it back in if need be?

DFU mode restore it.

Make sure you don't restore from a backup, set it up as a new iPod.
