Hi I have an appointment at the Genuius bar Friday morning. How do I unjailbreak my iPhone and/or remove any jb detection?

Restore the iPhone in iTunes. It'll remove the jailbroken software and install whichever iOS iTunes has downloaded.

No. Just restore and set up as new.
