iPod touch unknown error (1) with jb 1.1.1 for 16GB touch

Folks,
My iTouch 16 GB can NOT restore jb 1.1.1!
I tried over 20 times but keep getting "unknown error (1)". CRAZY!!!!!
I did everything is right before restoring(putting in restore mode) but no luck.
i can't get to fetch Install App on my touch.

Does anyone figured out the same problem?
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!
