Unknown Notification

I have a Unknown Notification on my stanby screen.

I've never seen this before. Does it say "Receiving information" in English? Have you installed any new apps lately or anything? Did this come up by itself while your phone was locked? What happens if you hit the back arrow in the upper left corner?

Hi man, yea, that means "Receiiving information". i have not installed any app recently.

This notification appear while the iphone was locked.

I can not hit the back arrow, the iphone was not permit me.

Click cancel then go to settings general and then about. If the screen pops up again it could be a carrier update. But it's an unusual screen there
