Unknown part number?

I'm looking into buying a MacBook Pro off Gumtree, and the person has sent me the sticker on the back of the box.
While the serial number lists the laptop as a 2014 rMBP 15", the part number comes up with nothing at all on the net.
It is Z0RC0001X.
Does that make sense to anyone?

Yep, thats a CTO part number.. meaning that something was slightly upgraded/or certain software was preinstalled at the time of sale.
