Unknown Program Running in Menu Bar... What is it?

So i just woke my mac this morning to find this icon in my menu bar i've never seen before. When i click it it says "initializing" and when i option click it it says "RSSI: 0dBm" and "Initializing" all of which are grayed out.
Does anyone know what this is??
