I happened to fall asleep as my macbook was on - not connected to the charger. When I woke up, it was dead from battery life of course. However, after charging it and powering it back on, I noticed a few peculiar changes: my desktop background had been reset, the clock/calendar had been reset, and my set wifi connection had been reset, and my facetime app asked me to login while other apps were fine and did not. These were strange to me but easily taken care of obviously. What worries me is that I also recieved many popups to allow network configurations from randomly named networks.

If anyone is willing to reassure me that things are fine and I'm just paranoid, please let me know! If it sounds as if things may be a bit less than fine, I'd appreciate any feedback.

My macbook is my baby. :'(
