Unknown spot on screen?

Can anyone please help with identifying what this spot in the bottom right hand side of my screen could be?

Are there any solutions or advice

Take it to Apple and get the screen replaced.

Looks awful. Wouldn't really spend time wondering what it could be, I'd just take it to Apple for a screen replacement.
