Unknown sync error (-50)?? anyone seen this before?

I can't sync pictures, music, or videos to my iPhone and keep getting this (-50) error. Anyone know how to fix this issue it's driving me crazy! :confused: I can back up my phone and sync my apps, but nothing else.
