Unknown text & 2 year old text????

iPhone 3GS. I recieved an unknown text with an attachment. I opened it and nothing was there. As well it was dated almost a year ago. As i pondered what was going on I recieved another text dated 2010! It looked like an out going text (green bubble), from a number not in my contacts which i may or may not have texted 2 years ago. Why? Have i been hacked? What do I do? I searched and found that iblacklist a jailbroken program may do this but my 3gs has never been jail broken. I did have a 3G that was jailbroken. HELP! Im affraid that this virus or what ever it is will start sending text to people in my contacts!!

I erased both of the messages, so i dont have that info. Called my carrier (Rogers) and they reset my network settings from both ends. They said it might be some ghost texts that got lost in the network?? From a year and a half ago?? is this possible??
