This is not a Mac problem, but asking it here beats joining another forum.

I recently liked pretty much all of my areas local tv station's pages on Facebook to get updates on a big story. It's overkill now and I have unliked the pages. However, the pages' updates are still appearing in my newsfeed. I've given it a few days in case servers had to update or whatever and there is still no change. Anyone else have this issue?

I have a strange habit of solving problems after posting for help on this forum.

I have a custom list on Facebook of the status updates and such from people I actually want to see. Though I "unliked" the news station pages, they still appeared in my custom list. One would think that unfriending or unliking a page would automatically remove it from the custom list, but it didn't. So far, I haven't seen any more updates from these pages.
