Yes, there are a couple of loopholes, not sure if they are still viable. Should be able to find the threads on the first or second page of the iPhone forums.

Don't think you can on prepaid. There are ways with postpaid.

As mentioned above, there no longer is an unlimited data plan for GoPhones. AT&T stopped that about 1.5 years ago.
