Unlimited data on iPad

I bought had an original ipad for a relative in india when it first came out. The thing is I never opened the iPad to take my sim out. so the original sim that was in the ipad is still in the ipad. So I'm wondering if I brought that sim (becuase there was no need to take the sim out due a lack of 3G in india) back here and put it on my ipad 2 would I be eligible for unlimited data since it is the original sim of the orignal ipad and it was never used? thanks
