I have a original iPhone with an unlimited data plan for $20 per month. I am going to upgrade to the new iPhone when it comes out after June 7th.

ATT’s new data plan beginning June 7th will allow those who already have the 3G unlimited for $30 to be grandfathered and keep that plan.

I have an original iPhone (2G) with the $20 unlimited plan.

I plan to upgrade when to the new iPhone when it comes out. Has anyone seen it in writing that a 2G user will be grandfathered to the unlimited data for $30?

I spoke with an ATT rep on the phone and she told me that I will be grandfathered from the $20 2G unlimited data to the $30 unlimited data plan on the new phone.

I’d like to see in in writhing…..

Thanks for any helpful feedback
