So I lost my Iphone a month back and have been working off of this CRAPPY Samsung phone (doesn't even have a front screen, the horror!). When I purchesed this phone, the lady cancelled my Iphone data plan because obviously I wouldn't need it anymore. Once I heard about the unlimited data going away, I re-signed up for that ASAP on June 4th or something. My question is that now the photo of my phone on my AT&T changed from the flip phone, back to the iphone, do you all think that I would remain eligible for the "grandfathered" unlimited data plan?

Also, for those of you more tech savy than myself, if you're streaming a radio station off of your iphone, is that a significant data hit on a plan?

As long as you had the data plan active on your account prior to June 7th you're ok. Streaming radio doesn't take a lot of data; it took several hours, about 5, to reach 100MB. (if I remember correctly)
