Unlimited data through premier website?

I am upgrading from a samsung eternity with no data to iphone4, when the site prompts me to choose a data plan for that line it is offering me the unlimited package I really dont know why? Anyone else heard of this?

If you are just upgrading you can still get unlimited. Only people who start a new contract will not have that option

But wasen't everyone trying to add the data feature wether it was an iphone or smartphone for $30 a few weeks back because when they would try to upgrade to the iphone 4 unlimited data was not going to be an option.

That's how it worked for me. My boyfriend upgraded from a Blackberry with an unlimited plan to an iPhone 4 with an unlimited plan. I asked the rep at the Apple store and he said that if he could pick it, it was a valid option.
