I know this may not be a place for my question.. But.. i have unlimited data for my iPhone ..i have AT&T for my iPhone.. My question is.. do they usually charge for incoming calls in the US...I am also Grandfathered...so i dont know if that means anything..Thanks for any help

Unlimited data has nothing to do with calls.

Yes, incoming calls count towards your minutes.
 
Yes, incoming calls get charged if you have a specific amount of minutes per month.
Depending on your plan you might have unlimited mobile to mobile calling so calls coming from another cellphone would be free etc...
I'd call up AT&T to find out more details about your account.
