I've opened a thread in the agilebits forums to suggest adding unlocking 1Password OS X vault through the Apple Watch (maybe a glance?). The Apple Watch would be paired with the Mac and use it to unlock the vault instead of needing to type the password.
It works like MacID (http://macid.co/) to unlock the password screensaver of Mac.
