Unlock 5S ATT fully works with Tmobile?

I've been told yes but I want to confirm that buying an iPhone 5s att and unlocking it via paying for online code or via att will gave me full frequency band use with tmobile?

Maybe he/she is buying a pre-owned phone that's locked to AT&T.

selling it and upgrading to 32gb is cheaper

Yes, it will work fine with Tmobile once unlocked.
Tell me about those good old days.
We Used to get unlocks for $1.50 to $2 each.
Now forget it.

AT&T started cracking down so hundreds of AT&T iphone unlockers got left out with no access to their system any more.
And the very few that are left now are obviously more expensive, some take a long time and sometimes they are not 100% successful on unlocking your device.

Hardware wise, AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon iPhones are the same.
