I got an iPhone 4 a few weeks ago. I got it during that window of time that there was an unlock with SAM or SAMPrefs on Cydia. I am using ios 5.1, and I have ios 5.1 shsh backed up on Cydia.
So, it turns out I need to fully restore my iPhone. Can I do that without loosing my unlock? Second, I think ios is now at 5.1.1 or something, can I still restore to 5.1 with the shsh save, and how do I force that to take? I have Windows AND Macs available, so whatever computer is easier to work on I can do!
