Sites like that are total scams. If you pay, what happens is they tell you they will send you instructions for how to jailbreak your device "later." Later is, of course, when the dev team, chronic team, or another hacker releases their jailbreak solution for free.

If u talking about jailbreaking the iPad 2, ur likely stuck waiting for a while to say the least, my bet would be an untethered jailbreak being rlsed in june/july to coincide with the iphone 5 launch. A couple of Devs have looked at the bootloader in the iPad 2 and both holes have been patched that were previously used to jailbreak previous gen devices. They were patched as of 03/10 which is when the bootloader for the iPad 2 was rlsed. There maybe a userland exploit in the coming weeks to jailbreak ur iPad 2 however dont expect a bootloader exploit for a while.
