No... This would kind of defeat the point of a lock screen, and more importantly, this sort of feature would make the iPhone ineligible for Exchange support. Violates the security profile.
 
Well for me at least the lock screen is just a necessary evil, trying to keep people out if I lose it or when I'm away.

I honestly don't know what "exchange support" is, but if I choose to disable my lock screen wouldn't that make it ineligible too?

It would mostly just be convenient for me not to need the lock screen at home.
