I'm running a 7 Plus with iOS 12 and whenever I go to unlock the phone, it seems like the Notification Center slides down for a brief moment then slides back up during the opening animation. Is this normal or specific to me? Thanks!
 
This is what I was talking about...does anyone else have this?

Focus on the top of the screen, it happens fast...
