Unlock for iPhone 3G & 3GS on 05.14.2 ??

i've been wanting to selling both my 3g and 3gs but decided to wait until an unlock would be available so i can sell them as unlocked. a while back i upgraded both phones to 4.1 and both are now on baseband 05.14.2. with the 4.2 release today, will an unlock be available for 4.1 anytime soon?

i apologize in advance if my question is dumb. i'm not to experience with jailbreaking/unlocking iphones.

You cannot at the moment. Probably soon though. You gotta wait for a new unlock. Do not update them to 4.2 either.

Im exactly the same situation. just waiting for the unlock so i can actually use it as a phone and not an itouch!!

Did you try Fuzzyband for the 3G? It only works with the 5.8 bootloader, I was in luck and my 3G has it. I used fuzzyband and then unlocked with ultrasn0w. My 3G is currently unlocked running 4.1 and baseband 5.13.04..
