wondering if any unlock fusion users out there have experienced a unlock reversal.

i had a 4S my mom was using. unlocked thru unlock fusion ebay store last year.

upgraded her to iphone 5

restored the 4S back to 5.1.1 to sell

met up with the buyer today and couldnt get his tmo sim to activate.

came home pissed. checking now on imei checker sites and it does say my 4s is now locked....

ive used unlock fusion 10+ times and this is the first its happened to me...

any others out there with similar experience?

Those IMEI check sites aren't always reliable. Do you have another T-Mobile SIM to test? Could have been a problem with the buyer's sim card.

i tried with 3 different tmo sims. buyers, buyers gf, and mine

buyers was from a working 4s unlocked. gf was using tmo phone. and i took my nano sim out of my 5

:(

I think a fusion unlock rep is on the forums.

cool. hope they see my thread.

ive never had an issue with unlockfusion before and ive unlocked alot of phones.

just happen to be this one today....

Is the imei blacklisted?

nope. mom was using the phone until wednesday and i swapped her sim into the 5 i just gave her

restored the 4S and had it sitting her to sell and i found a buyer today

sold tons of phones before and while activating the tmo sims were not working

tried 3 tmo sims and none were working and concluded that it was locked.

came home checked a few imei checkers and it says its locked

same sites did say my 5 and my wifes 5 were unlocked so i think its legit

I'd contact them directly through email so they can take a look at it.
It's a rare situation but I'm sure they'll take care of you.

emailed them thru the swiftunlock site and i sent a msg to him thru ebay....

kinda upset because i wasted alot of my time trying different sims in front of buyer and wasted their time...

Sucks.
Hope they take care of it quick for you.
I never had a prob with them. Knock on wood:)

me too.

i told the seller i would fix it and bring it to him because i felt bad i wasted more than an hr of his time.

ive never checked after i've restored the phones. but i guess i will start checking them after restore.

Whether it was still locked or unlocked once you update a 4S to iOS 7 you cannot downgrade and JB it again.
I don't know what else you expect from anyone here. Stay in touch with your unlock seller and tell him to resubmit the unlock again.
Good luck.

yup. i know. im stuck without JB until a new ios7 version comes out.

i've ordered another unlock from him via swiftunlocks.com

im just wondering if anybody else has had their unlocks re locked....

Hi, which carrier?

my 4s is ATT version

This is why "locked" phones are such BS. FCC should outlaw this crap, it serves no purpose other than to enrich wireless carriers. Can't stand it.

So happy iPhone 5s off-contract phones are basically unlocked out of the box if you get Verizon, T-Mobile or AT&T. Never, ever buy a "locked" phone from a carrier, the "subsidized upgrade" is never worth it and all you have is problems like the poor OP. Stop doing it folks, don't give your valuable money to these damn carriers for locked phones.

Did you turn off 3g before you insert the TMO sim?

nope, but tried that and no go.

still get the prompt for activation and then eventual sim not valid error....

swiftunlock order got cancelled. there seems to be some problem with their ATT servers...

may take some time to get this thing re unlocked....

anybody else experiencing a delay with unlockfusion unlocking services?

Try calling Apple. I think thats their responsibility as far as the phone had been unlocked already ...
