Hi,

I'm in Canada and I recently bought an iphone 4s from Bell mobility. I'm moving to asia (Singapore) for 6 months in january and I would like to find a way to use my iphone down there.

Is there any jailbreak/unlock available or coming before January that would allow me to do so?

Is there any chance that Bell or Apple would accept to unlock my phone for a certain fee ?

I've heard about some "rebel sim card" on some blogs, would it work for me and is it reliable ?

Thank you for your answers !

Gevey doesn't require jb. I wish people would stop spreading misinformation.
If you're within the return period, return and get a factory unlocked phone from Apple. There is no hacked unlock for the 4S.

Thank you guys !

I'll stay posted... hopefully a 4s unlock or an updated Gevey sim card is on his way.

Have you tried to contact your carrier? Also you might ask them about bill wise for the next 6 months. If you are in contract you will be expected to pay both Canada and. While in Asia.
