Unlock, jailbreak, and activate iphone 1.1.4 with 2.0

So I bought the new Iphone and want to unlock, jailbreak, and activate my old iphone so that I can sell it on ebay for more money. I am currently trying to do this with ziphone. I have 2.O currently on the iphone. Every time I try to unlock, jailbreak, and activate the old iphone it pulls up itunes and itunes tells me that I have to restore and update the phone before it will work with itunes and then when I do that it still wont let me use ziphone and the whole circle starts over again. What should I do?

Delete ZiPhone, use Pwnage Tool to jailbreak and unlock 2.0 firmware and sell that on eBay.
