Hello, everyone in my family has an Apple Watch, and I would like them all to unlock any of the Macs we have in the house. Is this possible?

Both of my Apple Watch's unlock my iMac, but they are both tied to the same Apple ID of course.

Are your Macs all set up with Family Sharing, same question for all of your family members and Apple Watch's? Do you have different user profiles on the Macs for each family member, each with their own password? Does everyone have their own Apple ID or are you all using one Apple ID (or some number in between)?

I'm thinking that all of these things may matter, and I'll be interested myself to see what others here have to say about this.

Hey @Phil77354 thanks for the reply, answers to your questions below.

No, we do not use Family Sharing on any of the Macs or Apple Watches

No, one user profile on each mac, set up the same way on all of them.

Does everyone have their own Apple ID or are you all using one Apple ID (or some number in between)?
Everyone has their own Apple ID, which I am sure where the problem is, but come on Apple, this is 2021, how hard is it to just allow other watches to open the Mac. Have a plus button and list the Apple Watches that area allowed to open.
