Unlock question ipx and att

l bought ipx on Apple paid in full for att
Wanted to check unlock status says it’s not a att phone
So basically it’s already unlocked?
Anyone else having this happen

When purchased from Apple and paid in full they are considered unlocked but your att phone will only work on att and T-Mobile
