Unlock question (prepping for selling) 3GS 4.0

Right now my iPhone 3GS is Jailbroken with 4.0. I recently listed it for sale for $250 and I got 3 replys from people saying Unlock it then they will buy it in cash.

I still have 5.11.07 baseband and the iPhone has the Old Bootrom. Since I will be doing a fresh jailbreak install before I sell it, what do you guys recommend? I currently use PwnageTool for jailbreaks and I have never unlocked because I use AT&T.

Just restore it again to the custom 4.0 ipsw you created with pwnage.
Then install ultrasnow 0.93 thru cydia to unlock.
Thats it.
