I have an iPhone and T-Mobile family plan service on another phone. I was thinking about experimenting with the unlock over the weekend. Question is if I don't like it, it is just a matter of putting in the AT&T sim and doing a restore or is the restore even needed.

TIA and apologize if this has been asked before.

Unlocking lets you use any sim card.. I unlocked my phone just because I could, but I'm still using ATT because t-mobile is the only other option here in town.

It behaves just like it did before unlocking as far as calls and vm are concerned.

If you don't like t-mobile you can just pop your ATT sim back in.
