iPhone Unlock unactivated Sprint iPhone 4S

Hello,
I'm looking to unlock an unactivated Sprint iPhone 4S and was wondering if there was any method to do this. I know that SAM existed but got blocked by Apple and I tried using the Gevey Ultra S a few months ago and it didn't work at all.

Does anyone know of any other ways?

You need to get the latest gevey s that unlocks CDMA iphone 4S models.
It will activate the phone for you and unlock it.

Have they improved the Gevey Ultra S? I used it before and the blank sim completely failed and it wouldn't activate properly.

I think you need a sprint sim card in it for the first activation. My friend unlocked a brand new sprint 4s with a gevey but needed to borrow a sprint sim to get it past the initial setup screen.

CDMA phones are usually carrier activated, but when using a Gevey sim to unlock any GSM will activate the phone.

The Sprint sim which comes in the phone is just to allow use of the phone on Sprint's international plan.

You should only do factory unlock, but only for International GSM carriers tho.
