I just got an Iphone 3GS from the US. It has been unlocked and is running on the IOS 4.1 06.15.00.
I dont use 3G, but on normal EDGE and WIFI (using only either one at any point)
my battery is draining too fast. It drains almost at the rate of 1% per minute.
There are no applications running in the background and all notifications are turned off. Without EDGE or WIFi the battery seems to work fine.
What is the solution to this problem.
1. Should I upgrade the IOS or downgrade? or is there any other fix?
2. Which is the best IOS for Iphone 3GS?
3. Will an upgrade or downgrade disable my lock? if yes is there a way to unlock it again myself?
