The iPhone 5 for UAE supports LTE bands:

1 (2100 MHz)
3 (1800 MHz)
5 (850 MHz)

The US iPhone 5s part number ME325LL/A supports:

1 (2100 MHz)
2 (1900 MHz)
3 (1800 MHz)
4 (AWS)
5 (850 MHz)
8 (900 MHz)
13 (700c MHz)
17 (700b MHz)
19 (800 MHz)
20 (800 DD)
25 (1900 MHz)

It supports the needed bands. It will work in your country.

Bear in mind that the model doesn't tell you if you if the phone is unlocked or not. that's done on an individual basis by IMEI. You can get an A1533 iPhone that is locked to AT&T, or it could be a T-Mobile unlocked version.

Only way to know for sure is to find an unlocking service that has an IMEI stats checker (swiftunlocks has one, it's $0.99 per IMEI), or put another carrier's SIM in the phone and see what happens.

The T-Mobile version from the Apple website IS unlocked.
