This issue was actually reported by this one guy on YT and as luck should have it I have it in the same place. Unbelievable. The screen isn't glued/sealed right so it moves and clicks. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ra2_uR1_Ejs

Anyway I was lucky enough to be able to reserve another unlocked iP6 online for pickup. Both times I grabbed the only unlocked black iP6 available across the country lol

So I plan to pickup the one I just reserved and tell them I want to exchange the faulty one. I bought it on Oct 16th without AppleCare.

What options do I have? Can I both return it without buying any iPhone and exchange it? Only exchange it? There are zero unlocked 6+'s in Japan and I wouldn't mind exchanging my regular 6 for the 6+ in Canada when I go home for a visit this week. Is this possible? Or should I just return the faulty iP6 don't exchange it for the new one get my money back and buy an unlocked iP6+ in Canada? Either way since it's within 2 weeks can I demand a full refund tomorrow even if it's open box and they think it's a repair issue?
