hi. thanks for your prompt reply:)

i tried that, exactly same thing happens.

please, take a look at my phone's screen. isnt that LOCK icon on top of the screen means that my phone is locked again???

should i unlock it???

i have some personal files, photos, videos on my phone.
i cant give it to someone else to fix it. it is too risky.

i need to fix it myself...

please help me :(

thanks for your reply.

the main problem is that i cant complete the update, in the middle of the update process this message appears in the itunes: "the sim card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be supported..." ( i attached a screenshot to my first post).

i tried the restore, samething happened.

and when i click on the restore button, the only options i have is "restore and update" and cancel.

what should i do now??

I don't get it? Why were you trying to update an unlocked iPhone.

Only officially unlocked by Apple iPhone's can be updated to the latest firmware in iTunes with the unlock still intact.

Unofficially locked iPhones CANNOT be updated in iTunes.
