Unlocked IPhone 3G using Tmobile and Corporate Email

Hello -

I am not tech savvy, so if someone can answer my question below...that would be great!

I am about to purchase an unlocked 3G and then use my Tmobile service. I currently use a BlackBerry Curve and have the full BlackBerry Enterprise option with Tmobile.

What do I need to do to ensure I can receive my work email with an IPhone?

I'm assuming the full BlackBerry Enterprise option is utilizing the Blackberry Enterprise Server?
