Unlocked Iphone 3G won't work with Videtron?

Videotron is a Canadian carrier. It has a AWS network, just like T-Moblie, but uses Rogers (another canadian carrier) for edge/2G. I unlocked my iphone, but it won't connect to their network. Any help?

It should connect to their 2G

Yea, i did. If it doesn't work i'm in a pickle. It seems to connect to a network (well it shows one bar) for a little bit, but than it switches to searching, the one bar, and no service again.

I got it to work, but it consistently has a very low signal. I had to install sbsettings and disable EVERYTHING.
