Unlocked iPhone 4S

Ok. I don't know if anyone can help me but here it goes. I have a carrier unlocked AT&T iPhone 4S with a Net10 AT&T SIM card in it. I have seen post of people having the carrier in the settings showing TFW but mine still says AT&T. And if I don't have a APN profile installed I cant use data. I still cant get MMS. I saw a term "Reseed The SIM card" Would that maybe help?

Did you try contacting your carrier Net10 and have them help you set up MMS on that phone?
