Unlocked iPhone has issues with sync content???

I'm receiving my unlocked iPhone in couple of days, and came across a couple of postings somewhere just now, about people having issues sync their library to their iPhones. Like, the iPhone shows up in iTune but cannot sync.

Is that true? If yes, does anybody has a solution to this?

In all the unlocks I've done this is not an issue just use the supplied lead and dock and not your current iPod one.
