Unlocked iPhones in UK

Hey,

I pre-ordered an unlocked iPhone on the Apple site today and I'm just wondering something. Say the phone is lost or stolen who do I contact to block the phone and blacklist the IMEI? Every phone I have had in the past has been network locked so I have just contacted them when something has happened.

I presume it will be the network I choose - however I just thought I'd make sure.
