I am selling an unlocked/jailbroken Iphone 3G to a close family member. I want to delete all the info off of it, so she can use it as her own. However, I'm not concerned about wiping it out she already knows everything that is on it.. Is there a way to transfer the phone over to her and not have to re-jailbreak/unlock it?

If you don't want to redo the jb and unlock, you'll have to manually delete everything.
Redoing the jb isn't that hard. If you're only installing 3.1.3, you don't even need blobs, because the 3G doesn't have those security checks. 3GS, on the other hand, is another matter.
