apple store employees tells me no. we won't know for sure until someone actually tries to put an AT&T sim into a tmobile phone.

there have been conflicting answers everywhere.

Just got off with live chat from Apple.com, ordered a Gold 5S Unlocked T-Mobile hoping it will work with AT&T also.

Me - Will I have AT&T LTE? Why is it that the 5C offers a SIM-FREE version but the 5S only has a t-mobile contract free

Christina - We haven't released the sim free unlocked iPhone yet.

Me - So what carriers will the t-mobile unlocked version work with?

Christina - Any GSM networked carrier.

Me - What will the difference be between the t-mobile unlocked vs. sim free

Christina - There isn't any difference except we include the TMobile sim card in it.
