yes it's a scam! if you asking us. if your telling us about it then 1+ these guys do not hack anything. they just sell you tools that are free. once you pay they will just tell you that they are working on the unlock soon. and they will provide it very soon. After the real hackers release it! I hate these type of people.

Yes. Same type of scam every year.
Noone wants to wait for the next unlock to be released.
They think they will get one faster by paying for it.
