Unlocking a Jailbroken 3GS? Little help please

Sorry to ask this as its probably simple but here goes:

I have a Jailbroken 3GS on 3.0. Is there a quick painless way to unlock it without disturbing any of the setup I currently have? Which software is recommended for this?
