Unlocking Iphone 4 on 4.1

Not sure about this... but my iphone 4 is still on 4.1 and the modem firmware is 0.2.10.4 ... Is it possible to unlock this phone? It is already jailbroken.

Yes, by using turbo sim.

Currently, There is no software unlocked for Iphone 4 with base band higher than 01.59.
